At Hear Me Out, the aim is to provide a seamless experience for both clients and practitioner. The cancellation, and rescheduling policy ensures that we can maintain fairness and smooth scheduling for everyone involved.Â

Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. Without such notice, the following fees will apply:
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment: 100% of the session fee.
No-shows (missed appointment without notification): 100% of the session fee.
The client may avoid cancellation or no-show fees if rescheduling is done within the same week, subject to the practitioner's availability.
In case of network issues or delays in joining a session, the therapist will wait for a grace period of up to 15 minutes. If the client is unable to join within this time, it will be treated as a No-Show, and the session will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Extra Fee
If the session exceeds more than 60 minutes of the designated session time, then there will be extra charges applied for every 10 minutes that have been taken by the client.
To cancel a session, please follow these steps:
Write an email to hearmeouttherapyservice@gmail.com with your cancellation request.
Provide the details of your appointment (date and time) in the email, your cancellation will be processed, and confirmed via email or Whatsapp.
